The Lions have decided there will not be a Santa Dash in 2024
Unfortunately there have been too many problems cropping up as we have tried to plan this year's event, so we have reluctantly put things on hold and are preparing for a re-launch in 2025. In the meantime, we shall be looking for new ideas and hoping to introduce a Christmas spectacular that our area can enjoy and be proud of. Any ideas that you or your readers can put forward would be more than welcome.
Our other main Christmas activity at the Dragon Miniature Railway is unaffected and will go ahead as usual.
Charity fundraising calendar for 2025
The Lions will again be selling the Club's 2025 charity calendar and in the absence of the Santa Dash, we are hoping its sales will provide an invaluable boost to our fundraising efforts.
