POSTNATAL YOGA - Monday's 1pm-2pm - for mummies after 6-week postnatal check - Bring baby with you or come alone for some well deserved me time.

BABY MASSAGE - Friday's 12.30-1.30pm - for newborns to crawling.

BABY YOGA - Friday's 1.30pm-2.30pm - for babies from 10-weeks to 12 months (older babies welcome).

Baby Massage is a 4 week course costing £40.

Postnatal Yoga and Baby Yoga run each week, costing £6.50 per class or £55 for 10 weeks (can be taken over 12 weeks).
