On Wed 23 and Thurs 24 July, 10am-4pm, the well dressing displays will be prepared in the chapel. If you'd like to see how these are made, come on down and perhaps try your hand. Tea and coffee will be available.
The blessing of the well takes place at 1:00pm. The Stockport Silver Band, Stockport Ukulele Pfayers and Stockport Morris Men will be performing - and there will be a Viking re-enactment and demonstrations. Stalls will be selling locally grown plants, second-hand books, cards, paintings, crafts, Chadkirk Comfrey Oil and Chadkirk Elderflower Cordial.
Local community groups will also be taking part; there will be a making and crafting stall and, of course, a tombola! Prosecco, wine, tea, coffee, soft drinks, cakes and snacks will be available (cash only).
A special music day with the Magic Voices Choir, Rebecca Done (singing wartime classics) and the Phoenix Bell Ringers. Tea, coffee, soft drinks, cakes and snacks will be available (cash only).
All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Refreshments and stalls are cash only.
